    MindLoops asks a few questions, one at a time, and listens. Your iPhone turns what you say into text, and you check every answer.

  3. Get a loop in your own words

    It writes up to ten short notes from what you said. Change any word until it sounds like you.

What is a loop?
A short set of notes, up to ten, that MindLoops reads aloud on repeat over gentle music. One loop for mornings, one for hard days, one for the big goal.
Do I have to write the notes myself?
No. You talk through what you want, and MindLoops writes the notes from your own words. Then you can change every word, move notes around or add your own.
Is MindLoops therapy?
No. MindLoops is a tool for practising the way you talk to yourself. It isn’t medical advice or a substitute for professional care. If you’re struggling, please talk to someone you trust or a professional. You can find free, confidential support at findahelpline.com.
What happens to my recordings?
They’re stored privately for you, used to write your loops and, only if you ask, to make a copy of your voice. You can delete them from your profile at any time. The privacy policy has the details.
Can anyone else use my voice?
No. Your voice copy only plays in your own loops. If you make a loop public, other people hear one of our voices instead.
Is Prime a subscription?
No. Prime is one payment of $75 for a year, and it never renews by itself. When the year ends you’re back on Free, and you can buy another year whenever you like.
Does it work offline?
Your iPhone’s built-in voice works anywhere. Realistic voices, and making new loops, need a connection.
When can I get it?
